Long Handle Precision Cleaning Foam Swabs

By design, the soft, absorbent foam tipped swab at the end of a 6-inch polypropylene paddle allows for easy cleaning of crevices, joints, recesses and other hard-to-reach areas. Whether electronic boards, hard drives, optical equipment, machinery, or component parts. The long, thin handle allows access to tiny spaces. It also enables cleaning excess debris from recessed crevices and applying lubricants and other solutions into these difficult-to-reach areas. 

The polyurethane foam head is chemically compatible with most alcohols and cleaning chemicals. It has 100 pores per inch, indicating a high absorbency level and ability to pick up fine dirt particles. In addition, the long handle is also made from 100% polypropylene, ensuring it is chemically resistant.

These foam tipped swabs are designed to control contamination risk. The foam sponge is constructed from open-cell polyurethane, which is very low in nonvolatile residues and ions and, therefore, unlikely to shed lint particles. By using a thermal bonding process to attach the foam head to its shaft, there are no contaminating adhesives. Furthermore, the foam tipped swabs are prepared and processed in a class 10 cleanroom environment and packaged in silicone-free bags.
