Sticky Mats, also known as Tacky Mats, are multi-layer adhesive pads designed to trap and capture unwanted particles such as dirt, dust, debris and contaminants from footwear, overshoes and wheeled carts at entry and exit points. Commonly used in contamination sensitive zones, such as cleanrooms, laboratories, surgical areas, as well as construction sites.

In high foot traffic areas, these contamination control mats help eliminate the need to remove shoes by trapping dirt at entry points, reducing mess and maintaining cleanliness. Positioning mats at entry points and busy walkways greatly reduces the amount of dirt and contaminants entering the area.

TIDDOX temporary disposable sticky mats are made up of 30 adhesive pads that are designed to capture particles from foot traffic, holding them in place until the sheet is full. The uniform adhesive coating delivers optimal tackiness to capture particles without compromising cleanroom conditions. Once the top layer becomes saturated, peel off the used layer from each corner inward, and avoid tearing or releasing trapped debris. Once peeled away, gather the used sheet and dispose of it in order to maintain hygiene in sensitive environments.

Each tacky mat features 30 numbered sheets for easy replacement. The reverse numbering on the mats is useful to show the number of remaining mats. 

The adhesive backing keeps the mat securely in place during regular use, preventing it from slipping or shifting.
