Bastion Disposable Polypropylene Hood with Integrated Mask

Bastion Polypropylene Hood with Mask provide greater coverage and containment than conventional disposable hair caps, crimped berets and separate beard covers. By combining a full hood with an integrated 2-ply surgical face mask, one disposable product provides coverage for the hair, head, neck and facial area.

Manufactured from 25 gsm nonwoven polypropylene, the hood is lightweight and breathable for comfortable extended wear. Its full-coverage design helps contain loose hair and skin shed while reducing the transfer of micro-organisms and particulate matter in hygiene-sensitive workplaces.

The attached 2-ply surgical face mask provides an additional barrier against airborne particles, dust and fine sprays. Integrating the mask directly into the hood also provides a convenient alternative to separately fitting a disposable hood and face mask.

HACCP Certification supports use across food production and processing environments, while TGA Listing supports relevant healthcare applications. The hoods are available in both blue and white to suit different workplace requirements and colour-coding systems.
